Help please - got a hundred hour in on a project in “sketchup for web” and now when I go to open it to work on it, the file doesn’t come up and I get a message “can’t find any projects for this account” - help

Apparently there was recent work on the SketchUp Web back-end, which caused an outage (discussed in another thread). Try again?
