I used sketch up free (web) earlier this morning in asean timezone, when I tried to use it this evening, all my files disappeared, please help. I’ve been working on it from morning to the morning of next day for about a week, Im very very stressed out, I really don’t wanna or have time redo all of it again. Please send help!!!
There’s a major outage on the Trimble Connect service today (May 2th). So it seems nobody can access their saved projects. The content is presumably safely stored on some cloud server, but can’t be opened until the team at Sketchup has fixed the outage. As I write this the outage has lasted for four hours, according to https://status.sketchup.com/
