I went to one of the Trimble pages & clicked a download button that was supposed to download an upgrade into the 2025 version of SketchUp. See the attached screenshot. That was taken 21 minutes after the download was sent to me & I still cannot open it.
What should I do next?

Tell me more. I clicked the Download button in the Trimble website. Why wouldn’t the file be completely downloaded?
