Hi, I don’t know anyone ran into the same situation as I. I couldn’t download sketchup 2017. I was using it fine last year. My PC is window 10. I tried to open my saved sketchup work files back in 2021 September but there’s no response like frozen. So I decided to uninstall 2017 and thought reinstallation might fix the problem, but totally got shut down when I tried o download from the free version again. I got the message below, I’d really appreciate someone would be able to help or answer this. Many thanks.
