Can't download models into file

When I click “File” and “3D warehouse”, my only options now are “Share component…” and “Share model…” I can no longer get models from 3D warehouse from within a file. Don’t remember when this developed, I had been running 2018 Pro and prior versions and it was working, then it seemed to become an issue at some point and continue when I upgraded to 2019 Pro. Thanks for any help.

Instead of File, try going to ‘Window/3D Warehouse’ instead.
