Can't delete Sketchup files no matter what I do

So, for some reason, I can’t delete my Sketchup for school files from the home page. Even after I click the delete button multiple times, and delete the file from google drive, it still doesn’t go away, and I can even open it! Where is it being stored, and why can’t it be removed??

If anybody knows where it is being stored, it would be a huge help for me. Thanks.

If you can’t open it, it is probably removed. So, does the home page show the ‘recently opened’ files in SketchUp for schools?

Perhaps clearing the browser cache and cookies might help get rid of those…
