Hi. I’m new to 3D modeling and SketchUp Pro. I just bought a subscription today, but have been using the Trial for the last 8 days and have 3 files created for different models I was trying out. I want to delete them and get a fresh start on something new. I cannot figure out how to delete them. When I Googled it, I was told to “click on the info icon on the file in the SketchUp Pro Home screen”, but I don’t seem to have that option. Anyone out there got any ideas? (I have Windows OS)
Normally those model files will be saved on your computer. You could look in Window>Preferences>Files to see where. (default is in My Documents) Then go to that location in File Explorer select them and press the Delete key.
Thank you. That helped me figure it all out. I was saving to a folder I forgot I made and didn’t realize that was where I needed to delete the files from. I thought I could do it directly from SketchUp. Much to learn… but I am learning.
