I’m having trouble opening a file after working on it for several days. Whenever I try to go into it, there is a pop up that says “file not found or invalid” and brings me to a blank grid. I made sure to save it last night so I don’t know what’s wrong. I really want to retrieve it because I worked on it for so long.
Are you signed into a Google or Microsoft account? The file is safely stored in Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive and you can always download it there and insert it manually. Google Drive and Microsoft will even let you download older versions of the file in case the file has been corrupted. However, this problem may be fixed by clearing your browser cache.
