Can't Color Geometry

I was editing a drawing and areas that had been colored went back to default surface colors. Now I can’t color any geometry. I couldn’t find anything that references this problem.
Is there anything I can do to get back the ability to color areas?

Hard to say without seeing your model but…

Are there any materials shown? If not, face style set to Monochrome or Hidden Line? Maybe you deleted or hid the faces? W.A guesses.

Thanks, Dave! I somehow managed to get Face Style set to monochrome but I swear I never touched those menu options. After returning the setting to Shaded, all colors returned.

Maybe the style was changed because of an unupdated scene, make sure every time you make changes to your model update your scenes.
