Hi, I am the IT Administrator here at Istituto Comprensivo di Fagagna, K-12 state school here in Italy.
We are trying to use Sketchup for schools with our students. I have added the GW Marketplace app for all users and we have tried to access as teachers but we fall into a continuous loop at login.
Can you whitelist our domain?

Hi @lorenzo.tempesti thanks for the post and sorry to hear that you are having difficulty in geting the app up and running, If you are sure you followed all the steps to deploy the app correctly and you are still getting an error, my first guess is that a pop up blocker is keeping the login from resolving correctly. It has been the most common error we have been seeing for the last month or so.
I’ll go ahead and get you added to the database of approved domains just to rule that out as a potential issue all the same though.
Try logging in with any pop up blockers disabled and let me know if you are still having the issue or not. If you are still seeing an error we can move on to the next step of troubleshooting.
