I have sketchup 2021, 2022 and just downloaded 2023 and I am unable to login to the 2023 version. I get a notification saying “You have exceeded your allowed activations”. I have signed out of the 2021 and 2022 version and I still get the “exceede allowed activations” notification, what am I missing?
it might take some time, otherwise, on your profile on SU’s website, there is an option to log out of everything (make your 2 seats available)
here it is. log in on sketchup.com and go check the “my products” section. there on SU pro click “manage devices” and deauthorize all.
pretty useful if you need to work on another computer in a pinch and you didn’t log out at home
