Can't access anymore to TID with Sketchup pro 2019 on High Sierra 10.13.6?

Hi everybody,
I’m working on SketchUp 2019 with High Sierra, as written.
Everything was going fine for years, then since one month, I could not access anymore to the TID page (blank page) as well as my extension manager and 3D Warehouse.
I’ve created a new account, then I’ve been able to connect to Warehouse, but can’t download anything anymore. Seems the whole warehouse is dedicated to SU 2020 at least.
Anyone have any idea of what’s going on ?
Thank you for your help

That is true. Support for v.2019 was recently removed, as per Trimble’s Last Three Versions policy.

SketchUp 2019 isn’t supported on the 3D Warehouse since a week or so.
This is because of the latest minus 2 policy. Only 2022(latest), 2021 and 2020 ( minus 2) can download directly from SketchUp. It’s been this way for a few years now.
You can go to the Warehouse from a browser and download a collada file from the model you want.

Thank you very much for your quick answers !!
And thanks Tweenulzeven for the tips.
Will have to think about upgrading…

The oddball possibility is a subscription that includes Shop. It won’t do plugins, but it’s always current, and you can save back to older versions of Pro/Make from there.
