Cannot use Add location

I can’t even put a ubicación, it’s come me error, I can’t work without it.

I assume you mean ‘put’ a ‘location’ ? Please explain the details more fully.
Your English word choice is an archaic one that no one will understand…
I guess you mean ‘add..location’ ?
What SketchUp version ?
What operating system ?
What errors do you get ? Can you share those…
If the Ruby Console is open what errors are reported ? Share those…
How are you attempting to do whatever it is, that gives you an error ?

I am sorry, I mean add a location, I am using the sketchup for schools.

So you are a student under 18 years old using the web-based SketchUp for Schools?

Yes, we are using SketchUp for Schools to make a project.

Perhaps @CaseyG can offer some help although he may not be back until Monday.

How could I get in touch with him?

I pinged him so he will see this thread the next time he signs in to the forum. It is the weekend, though. He’s probably not at work until Monday.

Hi everyone, thanks for the posts and thanks for the @ to get my attention. I just ran a quick test to see if the servers are working and they seems to be working just fine so if you are still seeing an error message, my guess is that something is blocking the connection on your end. Are you running any third-party firewalls or other security software that might be blocking the connection?

Well, whenever I try to open SketchUp in Safari, it asks me if I want to allow a pop-up window. If I don’t allow it, I can’t open SketchUp at all.

On the other hand, in the application, I can’t create a project because it doesn’t recognize my school email address, and it also doesn’t let me use the SketchUp for Schools features.

There is no problem with the network connection.

I think that might be a clue - sketchup is trying open a window so it can work and you won’t let it

But after I allow them for the pop-up window, I can’t still use the add location.

Try using Chrome instead.

Are you a primary school student?

I’m not primary school student.

SketchUp for Schools is for primary school students.

The error you posted says you are not signed in with an authorized educational account.

Was it working before? Has your school been authorised to use it?

Yes, it is. They have been working with Sketchup for years.

And know?

Is there any another option to solucionate this problem?
