Cannot update payment detail

Ive been trying to update my sketchup PRO 2023 licence. I wish to change to a new Credit card and it will not allow - Why?

I have approached them already – thus far no joy.

Same problem here. Been with Sketchup since 2006 and had no problems since having to switch to subscription until now. Have tried nearly a dozen times to update my new card details, using both MB and iPad but keep getting the “something went wrong” message.
It’s not the new card as that works fine everywhere else
Have had correspondence with a helpful lady at Trimble who has checked address details etc but cannot come up with a solution. She has suggested I either connect my card to PayPal (which I’m not doing) or let the subscription run out and buy it again using original passwords etc etc. She says it shouldn’t affect any plug-ins as I need to sign them back in.
Technology eh?
