Cannot Update My Credit Card

I have been trying to update my credit card for the five licences we have. It won’t grant me access to the page to update it to.

I’ve opened three tickets so far. No one has responded. Someone even closed one of the tickets saying it was resolved without contacting me.

This is beyond frustrating. Does Trimble not care about licence renewals any more? This is a really bad look for this platform.

that might have been because of the multiple tickets. But i’m just speculating here.

Yes - they emailed me back saying they were closed because of multiple tickets. They keep promising to contact me - but they keep not contacting me. This has gone of for weeks now! What is going on at Trimble?
