Cannot save file - model broken won't fix it

Hello

Try to save a model (quite some hours in) and when i save it says the model has a error but Sketcup can fix it, But it can’t, end with;

The entity at address cd8800 has an invalid id (0) destroyed (0)

Any solution?

Try:

Window > Model Info > Statistics > Purge Unused

It is definitely a bug and has been noted before, e.g. in

I don’t think anyone has yet figured out quite what triggers this bug.

So…basically restart?

Did Dan’s suggestion not help? Another thing you could try is to select everything in the model and copy it into a new blank model (this will be a pretty heavy operation if the model is large). That often causes SketchUp to discard cruft that has accumulated in the model’s database of geometry.
