Cannot login to SketchUp - error message saying my account does not exist

Receiving this error message when I try to sign in;
This username does not exist. Please try a different email or create a Trimble ID instead.

Any guidance on where to go to get this addressed?

Maybe @colin will be able to look you up and see what’s going on. Did you use the same e-mail address as you did for the forum? Are you still using SketchUp 2019? If not, what version?

I think that you have a Pro subscription. If that’s what you’re trying to sign into, it’s assigned to your dbuhomes email, not your Gmail address.
