when the installation finishes it says “denied acces” and it just shuts
Are you right clicking on the installer exe and selecting Run as administrator?

Are you letting the installer put the installation into the default location ? C:.…
If you change it you might get access issues…
For the avoidance of doubt, close SketchUp [if it’s open!], whilst logged in as your normal user-account [NEVER the separate ‘administrator’ account], find the SketchUp installer’s exe file - probably in your Downloads folder - select its icon, right-click > context-menu > “Run as administrator”…
When/IF prompted choose “Repair”, otherwise choose “Install”…
