Before starting this topic, i made sure i did a search, and couldn’t find anything on it.
I’m having a problem with accessing the tutorials “Access Learning Content”. When i tap the link i receive this error:

Error message “Drupal”
PDOException : SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused in db_table_exists() (line 2820 of /app/web/includes/database/database.inc ).
I’ve been working with these self-paced tutorials then suddenly Sketchup closed. I received a “Bug Splat” report. Sketchup reopened. This happened 2x. I was able to access my account. But when i went to reopen my tutorial on the “Sketchup Fundamentals Practice” (The advanced playground), there was the aforementioned error message. I haven’t been able to access the tutorials since yesterday.
Can anyone help me with this? Thank you in advance. I am still in the trial period of Sketchup Pro.
