Cannot access files - Files deleted from Trimble Connect


I have numerous SketchUp models that were done on the web based version and saved in Trimble Connect. They still appear in my Trimble Connect folder but when i click on any of them to open it displays the following message - “Error - There was a problem downloading this file. It may have been deleted from Trimble Connect”.

Is there anything i can do to access these files?


Try to clear the cookies from your browser
( click in the padlock icon in the address bar, choose cookies and delete them)
Then hit F5 while holding the Ctrl key

Hi Mike, thanks for the response. Unfortunately no luck with this solution. I still get the same message when trying to access any of my files.
