THIS MODEL IS A MESS because this model is basically a sketchbook where I’ve been practicing different techniques and trying to recreate other people’s ‘issues’ so that I can apply the suggested fixes and learn things that way as well.

Question : why is the offset on this one face (and it’s mirror component) not following this one corner?
Looks like this is due to some bad geometry in the corner.
I erased the extra edges in there and ran Offset again. All looks right.

It’s often those little details so you have to be pretty active at zoom in to look closely at the geometry. It helped that you already had hidden geometry exposed.
Took me forever to find it because it was in a menu that needed to be scrolled down past the obvious point. But it’s very helpful for restitching and finding my errors.
