I thought it was because I was using Sketchup Free so I upgraded to Sketchup shop annual subscription. After the upgrade my ability to see my sketch was the same. The only viewing area I can see is through a transparent sketchup logo. Someone help.
What browser are you using? It looks like Safari which is not recommended. Use Chrome or Firefox.
Just curious: did you log-in to your account on a different browser with any success?
I wasn’t having success on chrome, but then I updated my computers software and it worked, even on safari. Thank you all for the help.
