Can not log in to Sketch Up for schools via google workspace

My school should have access to Sketchup for schools through our google workspace. I have made sure that the app has been added to the workspace and that all the necessary permissions have been given. However no one can log in. When we try, the following error message appears:

Our domain is .sch.uk
Any support will be great,

Hi There

I’ve sent this to our SketchUp for Schools lead so they can weigh in. However based on the error message this seems like a Google Workspace setting. Have you contacted your admin at your organization?
