Can no longer see my Pro subscription under Account Management

You get the add location subscription entries when buying the Nearmap tiles.

I did alert the support management team about Steve’s issue, and they replied to say that the problem was being worked on.

Ahh! That makes sense. Steve seemed to be misusing a personal account I wonder if that is where his sub is lurking - I could see it was assigned , but just no front end visibility.

Was I actually misusing my personal account? How so?

try visiting app.sketchup.com and see what happens.

What am I looking for there?

I am trying to log into my Pro Subscription, it was paid for, working fine this morning and now I cannot add it to my laptop or desktop. And under My Products it only shows the free trial. But in my Subscriptions it has shown I paid.
