Ahh! That makes sense. Steve seemed to be misusing a personal account I wonder if that is where his sub is lurking - I could see it was assigned , but just no front end visibility.
Was I actually misusing my personal account? How so?

I am trying to log into my Pro Subscription, it was paid for, working fine this morning and now I cannot add it to my laptop or desktop. And under My Products it only shows the free trial. But in my Subscriptions it has shown I paid.
You haven’t allocated the subscription to yourself - which is why 1/1 is available.
Wait a minute: what fixed it? I’m having the same problem and all I get from technical support is a suggestion to watch a YouTube video. This is two days now without being able to work. I’m having the same issue and can’t figure out why the 2-year subscription I’ve paid for isn’t showing up on the “My Products” page on the dashboard. I can’t work with this product not working. What did they do to fix your problem? And who are "they?’
Are you using the same mail you used to buy the license?
Yes.
I do, however, now notice a “personal account” on my Trimble Account dashboard (it asks me to toggle between the two). It has the same email address, however.
I don’t recall ever opening or starting a “personal” account; I only use SketchUp for my practice.

By the way, what version are you using? your profile says version 2022, if you´re paying for a license you should upgrade at least to version 2023, version 2022 has lost some features that require using the internet navigator, for example the warehouses, geolocation and generate report don’t work on SketchUp 2022 anymore.

I noticed the “personal” account, too, when I started troubleshooting. I don’t recall ever setting up anything like that. I’ve got my hands full just trying to maintain my practice’s account and SketchUp, as useful as it is (when it works) isn’t something I use for fun. I don’t even know how to delete the personal account and right now, I’m a little afraid to delete anything until I can get this issue resolved. But thanks for the heads up; I don’t need more spam than I already receive.

I was using SketchUp Pro 2024 until Thursday morning, when I was suddenly unable to export a Layout drawing to DWG to send to an engineer. I saw the opportunity to install the 2025 version and figured that would solve the problem. Once I can figure out what has happened to my account, we’ll see
Wonderful. Just responding to emails first thing in the morning of Day 3 of being unable to use the software I already paid for. I’ve used SketchUp for 20+ years (since meeting the founders), advocated its adoption in every firm I practiced in, now use it in my own practice, and am being forced to find something else. What a way for a company to run its customer support.
What I am referring to is the email signature you are using, it appears in the forum posts. Please edit your forum posts to remove the email signature.
This is a user forum, mostly volunteers. Sketchup staff does monitor and assist..
You should be able to straighten out your account at this link Account management. Probably a check box that has been overlooked.
Personally, I think it is a PIA the way it is set up.
It’s normal for the account that is your name to show in the list as Personal. Mine does too. That’s the one your Pro subscription is listed under. At least that’s how it was with the existing management page, here:
All accounts were moved to a new system a few months ago. That’s on this page:
The new one does list what was called Personal in the old system, as your name. It took me some time to realize that first copy of your name is also the account drop down menu, so you can switch to other accounts you are listed under.
