Can I rotate LayOut pattern fills to any angle?

I am applying patter fills in layout and need to rotate them by 26 degrees. However, the rotation box only allows me to rotate patterns in 15 degree increments (see attached image). I looked around for a setting to be changed but could not find it.

Is there a way to rotate pattern fills by any angle? Thanks in advance.

Yes. Type in any value you want.
angle

just checked, on mac too.

This is the first thing I tried, as it is the obvious thing to do. But it did not work for me. Very odd!

Very odd indeed. @ateliernab confirmed it works on Mac.

I cannot enter any value there nor can I delete what is there!

Restarting LayOut solved the problem, at least for now. Thanks to both of you!

Are you still using Mac 13.6.4?

No. I recently updated to Sonoma (14.6.1).

yep.

here you can see I picked 15° and then I typed 17° and you’ll see the hatches rotates

I’m on sonoma as well, SU24

Can you just highhlight the 0° and type a different angle? What if you select 90° and then type 17 and press Enter?

yep, it works the same on my end with 0 and 90 as in the video with 15. typing ° is not even needed.

As I mentioned before, restarting LayOut solved the problem. Now I am being able to do what both of you suggested.

Sometimes Sketchup and LayOut behave unpredictably. The other day I was being unable to see the in-model materials I had used.

mac os holds its place in the unpredictable gang. In Sonoma, sometimes, the typing cursor will disappear on me. I can type, but the vertical line doesn’t show.
