is there a way to export from sketchup free web version to sweethome 3d ?
It seems that exports are not possible in sketchup free web version, unless I missed something (I only get a message to upgrade in order to do so…)

Directly upload your SKP model to 3D warehouse, then download it as DAE file (collada). Import that file into your software.
Sure, but it seems that I can’t do much with that + online formatting to .sh3d seems to bug (I just get error messages)
