Export not working

Every time I try to export my model to Collada in SketchUp Free (web version), I get this error message:

Sharing your model with a friend? Maybe with a CNC router? SketchUp Shop plays well with others. Upgrade today to access our full set of exporters, including .dwg, .dxf, .3ds, .dae, and more.

… and my only options are to cancel or to upgrade. This happens with other file formats and other skp projects as well. I was under the impression that Collada export was included in the free version.

What am I doing wrong?

No. Collada export (.dae) is included in SketchUp Shop as the message says. Not in SketchUp Free. You could upload your model to the 3D Warehouse and download the Collada version from there.
