Business Direct -adding licenses from management portal

Our Sketchup account was recently moved from a web-direct to a business direct account. Basically the same license portal except the business direct does not allow the ability for Owners to add licenses (even though at the top of the page it clearly says add/remove licenses). Our rep is telling us we know have to email her every time we add a license. So we went backwards as far as licensing goes. We were previously able to add a new license and assign it to a user in literally 30 seconds. Now we wait for emails, sign a quote, wait for the Trimble team to then assign the license and then the end user can use the license. I am requesting the ability for business direct accounts to add licenses just like the web-direct version so we can avoid a middle man and waiting on email communication and Trimble internal processes. It would make things much smoother for account owners.
