My Mac is currently running on Mac OS Sonoma 14.3.1 and crashes every 10 minutes. I am now using the 2024 version of SketchUp, which system operating system do I need to revert to and how without losing any data???

Which Mac do you have? Are you using extensions such as Enscape? Have you seen any bugsplat windows, and sent one of those into us?
Most of the crashes we know about are related to the new graphics engine. You could go into Settings, Graphics, and choose the classic graphics engine. See if that then does not crash as much.
