Hi I’m getting a bug splat when trying to open a saved file or a new template and was wondering how to fix this?
hello, post the bug splat report number and perhaps @colin can investigate and give you clues about why it happens, once awake
in the meantime, try updating your graphic drivers, temporarily disactivate your extensions (search in the forum if you’re not sure how to)

Could you check whether there is an Nvidia driver update you can get? We have seen that crash before, and it seemed to go away with a driver update during April. You seem to be using drivers from January.
