Bug Splat On Start Up of SU MU 2016

Hello, I am having issues with SU Make Up 2016, I can not get it to start up. I get a Bug Splat when I click start using SketchUp. After reading the forum discussion regarding this issue, here are the fixes I have tried with no success.

Updated video driver (NVIDIA GeFORCE GTX 970)
Made sure anti-virus and firewall were disabled
Tried installing 2016 32 bit version
Tried installing 2015 SU Pro 32 bit version

I have sent in multiple error reports under phase340@gmail.com

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi!

Thanks for putting your info on the crash reports. I found them in the database, and they’re all related to the graphics card driver (nvoglv64). There’s a fair bit of discussion about trouble-shooting video card issues on the forum, start by taking a look at the suggestions in this thread:

For other SketchUppers, start with crash report 21480.
