Can someone from SketchUp tell me why LayOut just crashed?

Looks like LayOut had problems selecting the scene that you wanted. Had you changed the number of scenes in the last save that you did for the SketchUp file? Does the crash happen every time?
Could be worth relinking to the SKP, see if that gets LayOut back in sync with SketchUp.

I may have changed the number of scenes, I don’t remember…
When I closed and re-opened LayOut it worked totally fine. It’s weird when things go wrong and then have no problem… Like, what went wrong? Do computers just hiccup sometimes like people do?
