Crash #1483268 Sketchup is not working .
Well, this is an user forum so most of us don’t have access to your crashes, but @colin is part of the SketchUp team and might be able to look it up. Have you tried newer SketchUp versions, like 2026?
I did look at the crash details. Not really sure what the problem was, but you’re using SketchUp Diffusion, and I wonder if that prefers more recent versions of SketchUp.
Try updating to 2026 and see if the problem persists.

Diffusion was working but yesterday it started automatically shutting down whenever i use diffusion.Is anything related to credits because now i have only 10 left.
Interesting. I will ask to see if low credits could cause a crash in 2024. Let us know how 2026 works.
