Bug disappearing faces when orbiting

See screencast and attached .skp bug_faces_2017-11-24.skp (297.8 KB).
I made a cube 18x18x18cm, lower corner at origin with a few holes all the way through.
When orbiting it behaves very weird, faces seem to disappear or be sectioned.

(In detail: first I drew a vertical rectangle 18x1cm in the middle of the front side and push/pulled it 9cm inwards. Then a circle r=3cm in the middle of the top face, push/pulled it 18cm down and cleaned up some faces/edges so the holes were complete. Finally a rectangle 9cmx1cm on one side which I pulled all the way through to the other side.)

I’m a newbie so probably did something wrong too  Still, looks really weird.

(Working on Chrome Version 62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) (64-bit) in Ubuntu).

You are experiencing ‘Clipping’
Go to the View menu on the right of the workspace and change from Parallel Projection to Perspective.

Changing from parallel to perspective and back actually solves the problem completely (in a workaround-ish way). I can then continue to work in parallel view without clipping.
Thank you for the quick answer
