I am new to SU and am wanting to create marketing drawings for an industrial park I am designing. Is Layout the correct tool?

I am wanting to create colored brochure drawings to market the Industrial Park, I use CAD drawings for my construction documents and shop drawings.

If you have Microsoft Word and you don’t want to spend any money, just use that. If you are willing to spend some money on a program you should check out Adobe InDesign or Adobe Illustrator. They have a lot more options and settings when it comes to graphics.

or much cheaper VivaDesigner for DTP and free Inkscape for graphics content creation.
