HI All
I have downloaded the Sketchup checker for my laptop and it said it would run fine. I then purchased Sketch up 2019 and installed it onto the laptop
My problem is I can see the menu bars and toolbars but i cannot see anything else, its just a blank white screen.
However when I preview print it shows me what is on the “page” when i draw a line
any help please

Your profile indicates you have an Intel graphics card and because they typically don’t have adequate OpenGL support, this isn’t uncommon. In SketchUp, go to Window>Preferences>OpenGL and untick Use Fast Feedback. Does that help?
FWIW, Integrated graphics and especially Intel GPUs are not recommended.
