Black screen SketchUp Free

Hello!! My Name is Rafael Tessarine and I’m from Brazil :brazil:. I apologize if my english is not too good.

Here is the issue:
I’m using SketchUp free, the web version, for 5 mounths now, and in the last 3 days when I enter de project and start to work on it suddenly the screen goes all black, it takes less than two minutes to happen. I have to close the window without saving and open again, but it happens again. I can see the tools on the sides but the model goes black.

I believe that when I share it with others this doesn’t happen. I’m not 100% sure.
If anyone can help me, I will be eternally grateful.

What web browser are you using? How large is the SketchUp file?

I use Google Chrome, I have 6 different files between 27mb and 37mb.

No problems with Microsoft Edge so far, I’ll try to fix Google Chrome. They are not at SketchUp level.
