Auto-Text In Layout Wrapping Instead of Staying In-Line

Ok, this is driving me crazy… I have an Auto Text Field - in my template file and it used to work fine, but now the text keeps wrapping instead of staying in a straight line… any formatting button I press or right-click options don’t seem to fix it. Neither does changing the size of the text box… I made new text box from scratch to try and rectify the issue but had the same result.

It should read in a straight line:

C349-01

But it is doing this:

C349
-01

In the Auto Text panel select Project Name in the list and show us the text field at the bottom. Why does it show the ellipsis after C349 in the screen shot you shared?

Oh my god, there was an extra line in the field with no text :man_facepalming: :man_facepalming: :man_facepalming: :man_facepalming:
