Auto-installation of extensions from the extension warehouse: no RBZ files

Hello everyone,
I am an italian architect and I have been using Sketchup since 2003; at the present I have a classic license updated to 2019.
I can access the free extensions from the Extension Warehouse without any problems, which are offered for download and I save the *.RBZ file in my chosen location to install it later and keep it as a reserve when I have to redo the installation.

Unfortunately, in the case of paid extensions, things get more complicated: I pay but there is a sort of auto-installation that in my old perpetual license from 2019 does not work at all.

Furthermore, *I cannot save the .rbz files that I do not even see and, in the end, I find myself having paid the price without having anything at my disposal.

I would appreciate it if anyone can help me.

In order to use the paid extensions you must have a current subscription for SketchUp. You need to be using a version of SketchUp that is supported by the Extension Warehouse. You should request a refund if you paid for extensions from the Extension Warehouse.
