Live Component Properties
Attaching a “glued” surface to live components and cutting a hole.
We need to be able to choose the insertion plane and how the component sits and interacts with the insertion surface.
These parameters could be added to the context menu of the graph.
Does this seem doable to you?

There are plenty of objects that we want to place and automatically snap to a surface so that they are well oriented or positioned precisely.
Plants on a floor, curtains on a wall, a window…
The automatic drilling of a window on a vertical surface, a swimming pool on a ground…
The always facing the camera for a 2D live component!
These parameters are part of the DNA of SketchUp components, they are expected for live components!
