Hello, We are experiencing the “Are you in the right place” problem when attempting to access Sketchup for Schools. I have followed the steps listed at the beginning of the thread. Can you add dpsk12.net to the whitelist?

I am not getting the “are you in the right place” message, but i am having similar issues to the earlier section of this thread.
I have been through the steps outlined,
We have an education G Suite Account,
I am a super admin
The SketchUp for Schools App is set to on for everyone
Google Classroom is enabled and Data Access is set so Users can authorise apps to access Google Classroom Data.
I have even white listed the App and it is still not appearing in the drop down “Google Apps” list for any user.
When I set this all up yesterday afternoon, it did show up and it ran perfectly, but this morning it has disappeared.
Any thoughts?
P.S I am new to G Suite so might have missed a glaring obvious step 
Just a quick update, If I open new tab in chrome, select the Google Apps drop down and Sketchup isn’t listed however, if I select the Google Apps menu from within Gmail, SketchUp is there…
Perhaps “Are you in the right place?” should be changed to something more descriptive, like “You account isn’t recognized as a school account”. I know it’s been something of a trend with “friendly”, less technical messages, but I think the message could be made more clear, so people easier understand why they get it.
I also think it’s a bit condescending to suggest the user is in the wrong place, when often they are not. Even a “boring” and very technical phrasing, like “Access denied” succeeds better at not blaming the user.
(Side note: when creating my own extensions I spend quite a bit of time testing different phrases, and I think it’s a very important UX aspect of a software.)
@PaulSmith – is the issue that you (and your users) are not seeing SketchUp for Schools in the Google apps navigation menu? 
What happens when you go directly to https://edu.sketchup.com/app? Are you able to log in successfully every time?
Same problem experienced from previous responses. Everything is set up correctly and I cannot get Sketchup to function with my end users. I’m guessing a possible domain issue?
