Okay, I just verified that the “unable to grant badges” issue is fixed in their latest release, via:
They will deploy the latest SketchUp release soon – sit tight, and buckle up!
But at this time it is still not fixed.
I do NOT have a Sage badge…

@TIG, Sageness comes from within, not from some imaginary bit of gold-leafed frippery, and T-Man, you’ve got it in spades. Refer to the oft-told case of the Tin Woodsman, in which this whole concept was explained ad nauseum.
