I’ve noticed the “view in AR” doesn’t show on the initial view of the model. After clicking on the model image, the next screen has a “view in AR” option. The model also has size limitations in terms of MB.
This is an awesome feature. One issue I’m having is when taking screenshots of the model in AR mode, the images have a low resolution. Are there any setting options for higher quality resolution screenshots?
Also, if I click the photo circle button at the bottom on the screen during AR mode, the image is a higher resolution, but the background is black.
Both of these issues are occurring when using an iPhone on iOS 15.3

Hi! I have uploaded a few models in the SketchUp warehouse, and the AR view is not working correctly…
it displays white products without texture…
I tested the same file which works forward but now it does not work correctly… @TheGuz plz can you help me
Are there any plans to make geo-location an option. I work in construction and it would be amazing to have people be able to scan a QR code on some site hoarding and see what is to come.

Would you mind linking the model page on 3D Warehouse? I can take a closer look.
My first inclination was that the material was somehow ‘painted’ onto the component ‘wrapper’ and not directly onto the surfaces, but I’d need to open the model to know.

Do you have any idea why it appears faded in a browser window?

We don’t have a solution for the faded appearance in Object View at this time but we are investigating.
