I work as a teacher for a school in Grenada, Spain. All schools on Andalucia (Spain) share the email domain @g.educaand.es but I cannot sign up for a school account. Can you please check if this domain is whitelisted?

Hi @Rolo, thanks for the post. I ran a quick check and didn’t see you in the database, but I can get you added as soon as you post a link to your school website. I just need to gather some info from your website for our records and then you are all set to deploy the app!

Hello @carlosanz66, thanks for the post. This thread is from 2023 so that means it is a number of years old. If you need access to SketchUp for Schools, I am happy to work with you to get you authorized, I just need to know your domain and if you are a higher education school or not so I can get you added to the database. Also, a link to your website would be helpful but is not technically required.
Anyway, let me know if you can get me what I need and we can go from there.
Thanks @Casey G, Our domain is hipatiamairena.org, we belong to the autonomous community of Andalusia (Spain), but we use a common Gsuite account for all of Andalusia. @g.educaand.es…so my email as a teacher is csanher159@g.educaand.es. I don’t know if the government of our community has that domain registered on the white list. Let’s see what can be done. Thank you very much and best regards.
Thanks for the quick reply @carlosanz66. I am happy to get you added to our database right now. In fact, by the time this post is up, the database should hae updated and you will be all set to deploy the app if you have not already done so for your domain. As you deploy the app, make sure you don’t skip any steps as skipped steps will cause issues later on.
Hopefully that is all we need to do to get you up and running. If you are still running into issues getting the app to load after this post is up, let me know and we can start troubleshooting right away.
The problem is that Gsuite email has nothing to do with our domain. Our email has the domain @g.educaand.es and our current website hipatiamairena.org

Well, I don’t know how to explain it. The Andalusian region has 7,246 primary and secondary education centers. That is, almost 2,000,000 students, of which 873,000 are secondary school students. In addition, we are 130,000 teachers. We all use the same domain in our Gsuite emails: xxxxxx@g.educaand.es. But the centers hire their domains to have their own websites. Therefore, the domain of the website does not match the domain of the email. I don’t know if all this clarifies anything for you. Thanks.
That makes sense to me. I was able to verify that you are qualified to use SketchUp for Schools and was able to add your domain to the database. I also took note of your website and gathered some additional info from that regarding who made the initial request.
As previously mentioned in my post, you are all set to deploy the app if you have not done so already. Just a reminder, deployment bust be done on a domain level and make sure that you don’t skip any steps as you deploy the app.If you are still seeing issues, let me know what you are seeing so we can troubleshoot things.
