Ambient Occlusion in SUp Not tickable

The ambient occlusion in my styles tray won’t allow me to click it. It’s not greyed out, just unclickable. I can activate it in View>FaceStyle>Ambient Occlusion but that doesn’t give me any further controls, and the option in the styles tray remains unclickable.

I have the new graphics engine activated in settings. I’ve tried toggling between ‘system default’ and Apple M3 Pro in the GPU settings but it makes no difference.

Everything else seems okay - PBR materials, environments etc.

I’m using SUp 2025 (25.0.570) on a macbook pro, sequoia 15.5.

Where am I going wrong?

hello, I’m not on mac so I don’t know how the UI works, but it seems your ambient occlusion checked box is cut horizontally, meaning you could somehow scroll down or resize the window so that the ambient occlusion controls appear, have you tried that ?

Thanks Paul. I’ve actually just seen an answer on another thread that I didn’t see originally, so I’ve come back to close the thread. If I collapse the additional pane then the option becomes clickable.
