Does anyone know why all my models would be gone when I sign in to my account?
The home screen shows recent documents. There are times where that could get cleared out. If you don’t see the model you’re looking for, try the Trimble Connect section.
If you still don’t see what you’re looking for, check the Account section to make sure you are signed in with the right email address.
When you first signed up, if you used Sign In with Apple, and chose to hide your email address, then later you sign in with Google or Trimble, using your Apple ID email address, those will be seen as different accounts. For cases like that, make sure to Sign In with Apple each time.
