Adding additional locations or expanding maps in Sketchup 2024

Hello,

I am trying to model for an area that has 2 projects 49km apart. Ive tried to import a low res geolocation through digital globe but it crashed all the time. In the old Sketchup, I was able to add additional parts of the map but this I can’t.

Am I missing an option or its just not there yet?

The area is definitely too large for SketchUp to handle right. It might be possible to build it but the large model extents would result in bad render artifacts in all views of the model.
