Absolutly Love It

Can finally use sketchUp in Linux (without wine ) or where ever I go great job Team, wishing you all the best of luck in this endeavor.

I’ve been a linux user for some time and I don’t refuse to get back some day.
Your post had made me open https://my.sketchup.com/ and it looks nice.
I’d like to ask you a couple of questions.

Did you try it before with Wine?, what version and what was your impression?

Have you used my.sketchup.com? did you already modeled something? does it work well?

Thank you so much.

I tried it sometime ago with wine when it was still google sketchup can’t Rember which wine version it was as far as this browser version stacks up to the desktop version it’s not there yet

Did you test how browser version works? I’d like to know your experience.

Chrome 59+ is great because it supports WebAssembly, which my.sketchup relies on for the highest performance. Firefox 52+ should also get you WebAssembly performance with my.sketchup.

See https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/WebAssembly.

Cheers!
