Please keep one, and remove the other.

I have removed Curic Single Line Text and keep Curic Text. But the problem is still there.
Did you restart SketchUp after uninstall?

Hello @Cyentruk , i bought 5D+ Plus with subscription, but i got some problem. i cant use dimension tools. i use it but the dimensions not showing up. am i miss something?

All the functions in 5D+ related to text are required Curic Text to work. Dimensions is one of them.
When you purchase a permanent license of 5D+ Plus, Curic Text will be included for free.
Curic Text is a paid plugin for 21usd (lifetime), distributed from Gumroad.com and had no subscription model.
So, when you purchase a subscription of 5D+ Plus, there will be no Curic Text included, you may need to buy Curic Text license your self.

Sorry if I ask a lot of questions.
It is possible to import Tags include with the folder from another .skp?
I tried to import Tags from your .skp template. On that file, the tags is separated with some folder. But after i import into new .skp file, the imported Tags don’t have folder.
The first image is on your .skp tag template file.
The second image is on my new .skp file after i import the Tags.
