I have subscription for 3D warehouse and for some reason i cant search with image and not showing to me and it just says for subscription only ???
and i opned the account from the my product page

There isnât a paid subscription for the 3D Warehouse. You need a paid subscription for SketchUp to use the image search feature. Are you using a cr acked version of Sketchup?
What version of SketchUp are you actually using? Your profile shows 2021 which is no longer supported by the 3D Warehouse.
im having the same issue, I paid for the subscription. mine is 2024 and its not working the image search
What is 2024? Your forum profile says you have a Go subscription and list version 6.4.1.
What is your operating system and graphics card. â2037â is not an answer for either of those.
i have subscription for trail one month for 3d warehouse and still cant use it for 3d warehouse in image search
There isnât a trial subscription for the 3D Warehouse. Evidently you are using the free SketchUp Studio trial. As I understand it, the image search feature requires a paid SketchUp subscription so that would be a paid SketchUp Go, SketchUp Pro, or SketchUp Studio subscription.
This Trail is paid and it include 3D warehouse and cover it
the trial is free, not paid.
it lasts 7 days, not a month.
and some of the âsubscription onlyâ features are not included in the trial, only in the subscription.
edit : and per your screenshot, it ended on sept 8th.

Hi! I have run into the same problem. I can not acces image search in warehouse.
Using v2025, active Pro license. Does anybody have the same issue?
Yes, I have the same issue since today, for no apparent reason. I have an active sketchup pro license active until december 2026.
Share the image youâre trying to use for searching.
OK. So evidently the image search can work with your image.
Have you tried signing out of SketchUp and then back in?

I just cannot acces it at all.

Do you have any sort of anti virus software running? Or maybe a VPN application?
It worked but now I have a message error that say that Iâve reach the image search limit.
It should take a while to hit a daily limit with Image Search.
If it happens again can you tell me roughly how many searches youâve completed?

No, that shouldnât cause a search limit issue.
Would you mind messaging me with a screen shot of the error and any other details you may remember during the search? You should be able to do hundreds of image searches a week.
